Roadtrip 2017 dag 10

We woke up and started our day with our fishing routine - quick preparing, driving to Ebro, meeting with Jos and going to our spot. After setting it up we sat down to wait. The hopes were high after yesterday's catch. Because it was Marcel's turn for the fish, I decided to do some rock climbing. If he would get a fish, I would probably have enough time to return and jump in the boat with them! I climbed up the rock wall quite high, where I could sit on a nice stone, pointing out above the water. I sat down, looking around, watching tiny Marcel and Jos who were taking pictures of me. I climbed down to check on the camp. Still nothing. Then the next tall rock with bushes on top followed. I reached the top, scratching my arms and legs in the bushes, seeing far above Ebro and feeding my inner adventurer. Still, I couldn't stay up too long - what if Marcel catches something? So I went down and sat next to him. We all still waited. And changed the bait. And shared our tasty food. And waited. And laughed. Still waited.....with no results. The wind has changed, bringing clouds and cool air together with itself. The time to close our camp was getting closer. The wind was rising, and clouds were threatening us with a storm, so not really willingly we decided to clean up and return to the other shore. There we talked with Jos for a while and then drove back to our place in Caspe. We think that the fish might not like the weather changing so much, but we're not giving up! Big hopes for tomorrow.
