Jubileum tour dag 14: Barstow - Los Angeles

After having a continental breakfast with our friends, we continued our journey to our final destination – Los Angeles. First we drove on a highway, later entering Angeles forest to go on through very curvy roads. Unfortunately, the curviest part, together with a biker cafe, was closed, so we had a cofee/cola break in a small town, looking at snowy mountain tops and huge pine trees. Los Angeles wasn‘t so far away anymore – we rode through a very busy highway, trying hard not to lose eachother on our way. Finally, at about 15:00, we arrived at our stopping point – the USA Motorreizen garage. There we parked our bikes, emptied their sidebags and said goodbyes – our ride was over. Then we got picked up by busses and brought to our hotel. There we dived into the pool and had lots of fun with our friends. Soon it got cold, so we climbed out, dressed up and went to look for a place to have dinner. That was quite a challenge, because our hotel was in an airport neighbourhood, full with fast food cafes, but not with real restaurants. Fortunately we found one and had a nice Mexican dinner. After that we went to bed for our last night in North America.
